Hart Fenton & Company is a naval architect and marine engineering consultancy based in the United Kingdom ( UK ). The company was formed over forty years ago and has experience in diverse aspects of the maritime industry. 

The company provides design services, new-building and refit supervision, plan approval, ship surveys including condition, collision and sale & purchase, feasibility studies, project technical assessments, expert witnesses and CAD drafting services.

The company has extensive experience of passenger ferries, RORO container vessels, cable laying and offshore vessels. The company has particular experience in high speed craft with knowledge of new construction, operational aspects, refits and improvements / retrofits.  The company has performed a number of studies of river barge trains, barges and shallow draft ocean going vessels for different river systems.
