Hart Fenton Quality System
Hart Fenton gained initial accreditation in 1988 with Lloyd's Register and since that date the Quality System has been audited regularly by Lloyd's every six months.
Quality Policy To provide a quality of service that meets and exceed the needs of our customers and which attains the highest industry standards. To ensure our Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and to continuously improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System. Hart Fenton will achieve these improvements by setting quality objectives and reviewing these objectives on a regular basis. We ensure that all staff are trained and competent to carry out their duties, training needs are identified and ongoing training is carried out on a regular basis. Management will ensure reliable communication of Quality Management issues and of the Quality Management System's performance.
